Andrea Elson
Andrea Hope Elson is an American former actress. Elson began her career as an actress as a young child and as a model. Her most well-known role is as Alice Tyler in the CBS Science-fiction show. Andrea auditioned and won the part as Lynn Tanner on the hit series ALF (1986). She worked on many hit TV shows as well as Movies of the Weekly for numerous years after which she quit the entertainment world to concentrate on her family. ALF occurred during a challenging time in the life of Andrea Elson, who played Lynn Tanner, the teenage daughter of Kate and Willie. In the 2000 retrospective of People Elson said developing as a young woman in front of a satcom's viewing audience was difficult. Born on the 6th of March 1969, in New York City, this green-eyed actor grew up travelling due to her father's work in advertising. She had already lived in New York and Chicago, San Diego and Los Angeles before she turned ten. Andrea was able to get her agent she was in San Diego, where she was the first to win a part that she auditioned. Fusco supported the idea by explaining, "ALF can drink beer due to the fact that he's over 285." But as ALF became more popular with youngsters, NBC informed Fusco that if he was drinking the kids are watching it's a bad role model. Fusco maintained that he believed ALF was an adult, and was able to handle drinking. The first time he was diagnosed with lymphoma was in 1995. The treatment was successful and was completely cured until the year 2019. At the Lillian Booth Actors Home of Englewood in New Jersey on June 26, 2019, he passed away due to this condition at age 75.
